Kirk and Kim

We are Kirk and Kim Huddleston, a husband-and-wife team with more than 22 years of experience owning, operating, and growing successful child care centers. What began as a dream to create meaningful opportunities for children and families eventually became a lifelong journey of leadership, learning, perseverance, and transformation.

Along the way, we raised four wonderful children who quite literally grew up in our centers. Our schools became an extension of our family, and the experiences, challenges, setbacks, and victories we encountered over the years gave us a deep understanding of what child care owners face every day. We've experienced the stress of staffing shortages, enrollment fluctuations, regulatory requirements, leadership development, and the countless responsibilities that come with operating a successful early childhood program.

Because we've lived it ourselves, we understand that running a child care business requires far more than a passion for children. It requires strong systems, empowered leadership, financial awareness, operational excellence, and the ability to build a business that can thrive without depending on the owner for every decision and every problem.

For more than a decade, Kirk has been focused on documenting, organizing, streamlining, and optimizing every aspect of preschool operations. That commitment led to the development of systems, tools, leadership structures, training programs, and operational processes designed to reduce owner dependency and create greater freedom for both owners and their teams.

Today, one of the most rewarding accomplishments of our journey is that we are able to live more than 1,200 miles away from our Colorado schools while remaining connected through leadership, oversight, and support without being involved in the day-to-day operations. The empowered leadership teams we've developed are fully capable of managing the daily responsibilities of our centers, allowing us to focus on strategy, growth, and helping others achieve similar results.
