These processes being implemented are really helping run the center smoothly and allowing it to operate effectively. Working with kiddos can be a handful at times. So having a smooth process to know what needs to be done, track who has eaten, the contact list, required training, and so much more makes it feel as if you're on a beach because it's so straightforward and non-stressful.
